You can export all your data as JSON or permanently delete your account from your profile. Your video never leaves your device anyway; the server only holds your measurement results and badges.
Export your data
Profile → “Export my data”. Your account, measurements, badges, team memberships and friendships are exported as a single JSON file (GDPR art. 20).
Delete your account
Profile → “Delete account”. This cannot be undone: your measurements, first frames, cards and all data are permanently deleted. A confirmation email follows within 24 hours.
Child accounts and parental consent
We ask for birth year at sign-up. Accounts below the regional threshold (EU 16, Türkiye 18, others 13) start “restricted”: they can measure but public sharing and leaderboards are off. A consent email is sent to a parent; once approved, the restriction is lifted. Child accounts only appear in private teams.
Privacy principle
Results are sent to the server only with your consent; on the server-fallback path the video is held temporarily, metadata-stripped and deleted immediately. Full text: Privacy Policy.
